Micro-sanding
Measure first, then micro-sand.
Micro-sanding works below the level of ordinary polishing. It can level defined deeper defects, dust inclusions and texture, but only when the paint system and remaining thickness provide enough margin.
We measure the surface, isolate the area and work through controlled abrasive grades before polishing the finish back to clarity. The method is precise and deliberately limited.
When it fits

Micro-sanding is considered when polishing alone cannot level the defect and the paint can safely support a measured correction.
When polishing no longer reaches it.
A local sanding stage can level certain defects before the surface is refined again.
When repaired paint needs levelling.
Dust inclusions and local texture can sometimes be corrected after the paint has cured fully.
When clarity must be rebuilt afterwards.
Every sanding stage is followed by controlled polishing to restore the reflection.

Honest assessment
Micro-sanding is not suitable for every defect.
Insufficient clear coat, damage through to colour or primer, unstable paint and many matte finishes rule out this process.
If measurement does not support safe work, we recommend repair or refinishing instead of taking an irreversible risk.
