Fallout removal
Release embedded metallic particles.
Chemical and controlled mechanical fallout removal at AVP Autopflege near Zurich for embedded brake, rail and industrial particles.
Fallout removal
Feel the surface before deciding how to clean it.
Airborne metallic particles from brakes, railways and industry can embed in paint and oxidise as visible orange points, particularly on light colours. Ordinary washing does not release them.
We wash first, use a dedicated fallout remover and add mechanical decontamination only where the surface still requires it.

When it fits
When clean paint still feels rough.
Fallout removal is useful before polishing or protection and whenever embedded metallic particles remain after a proper wash.
When the surface feels rough after washing.
Embedded particles interrupt an otherwise clean paint surface.
When light paint shows orange points.
A reacting iron remover identifies and dissolves suitable metallic contamination.
When polishing or coating should follow.
Decontamination creates a cleaner base for inspection and later surface work.
Process
Remove embedded contamination in stages.
Inspection, washing, chemical decontamination and final control keep abrasion to the necessary minimum.
Inspect
We identify fallout, tar, mineral residue and other contamination separately.
Wash
Loose dirt is removed so the specialist product reaches the embedded particles.
Decontaminate
Chemical treatment and, where needed, careful mechanical work restore smoothness.
Control
The clean surface is checked before polishing or protection is considered.
Honest assessment
Fallout removal does not correct etching or rust damage.
Particles can leave staining or defects after removal, and corrosion originating beneath the paint requires repair rather than decontamination.
We separate surface contamination from damage within or below the paint film.
