This private jet required a particularly demanding exterior treatment. The hard white finish was washed and cleaned first, then decontaminated to remove bonded residue such as industrial fallout and bitumen.

Soot around the engine outlets had adhered stubbornly to the brightwork. It required patient, material-specific polishing, and the oxidation residue quickly turned cloths, pads and hands black.

Access was another challenge. The undersides of the wings had to be cleaned and polished from a low working position with heavy equipment, while every movement still needed to remain controlled around the aircraft structure.

Only after hours of washing, decontamination and polishing was the surface ready for its final clean and protective treatment. Two teams applied the specialist aircraft protection in coordinated sections.

Additional trained specialists joined for the cabin, including cleaning and conditioning the leather seats. Exterior protection, final finishing and interior care were completed within the same assignment.

Aircraft surfaces and components are subject to specific technical and aviation requirements. Any comparable treatment must therefore be agreed with the operator and carried out only with approved products, access methods and safety procedures.
