Planning boat and aircraft preparation
Boats and aircraft share one practical requirement: preparation must be planned around the object, material and operating environment.
At a marina or airfield, AVP first needs permission, safe access, water and power arrangements, containment requirements and enough protected working space.
A hand wash is adapted to gelcoat, paint, metal, glazing or transparency materials. Inspection then establishes whether polishing is permissible and useful.
Protection must be approved for the relevant substrate and exposure. Marine products do not solve structural water ingress, while aircraft products and processes must comply with manufacturer and maintenance requirements.
The original article presented these services as universally available. Today, AVP would confirm the object, site and technical boundary before agreeing any specialist work.
