Paint condition still matters

Wrap does not repair rust, peeling clearcoat, deep scratches or poor previous refinishing. Fragile paint can lift during film removal, so AVP inspects and documents the substrate first.

Installation and legality

Clean preparation, controlled stretch, edge finishing and post-heating determine adhesion. Colour changes, reflective material and visibility around lights, glass and identifiers must follow current legal requirements.

Wrapping is often less invasive than repainting, but price, durability and reversibility depend on film, coverage, geometry and the underlying finish.
