A careful hand wash starts with the wheels and a thorough pre-rinse, using pressure at a safe distance from paint, seals and sensitive components.

Reduce contact risk

Pre-cleaner is allowed to work before loose residue is rinsed away. The paint is then washed in sections with a clean, paint-safe mitt, adequate shampoo solution and disciplined rinsing of the wash media.

Dedicated tools prevent wheel contamination from reaching the body. Tar, insects or bonded residue receive product-specific treatment rather than repeated scrubbing.

Dry and inspect

Clean drying towels or controlled air remove remaining water. The finish is inspected for contamination and defects once clean.

Polishing and protection are separate decisions, not automatic additions to every wash. They are recommended only where the paint condition and desired result justify them.
