An older cabin has a characteristic material scent, but persistent damp, fuel, smoke or decay can signal a problem rather than desirable patina.

Locate the source

AVP inspects carpets, seat padding, headliner, boot, ventilation and signs of leaks. Original adhesives, natural fibres and aged leather can be damaged by aggressive moisture or chemistry.

Treatment follows cleaning

Fogging may be considered after removable contamination has been cleaned and the source resolved. It cannot guarantee permanent removal of every odour in one application or reach every sealed cavity.

Product safety, material compatibility, ventilation and re-entry requirements must be documented. The aim is a neutral, coherent interior without covering it in fragrance or erasing its authentic character.
