Professional leather restoration
Lines in a leather seat may be surface soiling, creasing, coating wear, cracking or actual material loss. Each condition needs a different response.
Clean before deciding on repair
AVP removes loose contamination with products suited to the leather finish. This reveals whether the issue sits in residue, the pigmented coating or the leather structure.
Repair has limits
Selected coating damage can be prepared, filled and recoloured with compatible leather-repair materials. This is not abrasive “polishing”, and the original leather does not melt back into one surface.
Deep splits, failed foam, stretched panels or weakened stitching may need an automotive trimmer. Liquid leather is a repair compound, not a universal solution for every crack.
A good restoration makes the seat more coherent while retaining realistic texture and explaining what remains.
