Protecting motorhomes and caravans
Motorhomes and caravans combine large exterior areas with the materials of a compact living space. Weather, road film, food and frequent use create different protection needs.
Exterior materials vary
Paint, gelcoat, decals, plastics, seals and repaired panels should be assessed separately. A compatible coating may make cleaning easier and support appearance, but it does not stop ageing or light scratches altogether.
Protect interior surfaces by use
Worktops, coated cabinetry, textiles, leather and plastic trim require their own products. A protector can reduce staining on suitable surfaces, yet spills should still be removed promptly and food-contact areas need appropriate product approval.
No sealant makes every substance wipe away with a damp cloth. AVP defines where protection is useful and where regular cleaning is the better answer.
