Protecting construction equipment
Construction equipment operates through weather, dust, mud and repeated cleaning. Painted areas, decals, hydraulics and working surfaces each need different treatment.
Set realistic protection goals
A compatible coating can support gloss retention and make some contamination easier to remove. It does not stop hail, mechanical contact, stone impact or water entering damaged paint.
Likewise, chemical bonding does not establish multi-year durability without product-specific evidence and appropriate maintenance.
Test operational value
AVP can assess a representative machine, site access, cleaning chemistry and downtime before a broader fleet programme is considered.
The same principles can apply to tractors and commercial vehicles, but substrate and use must be checked individually. Any saving in cleaning time should be measured rather than promised.
