Buses and coaches operate in rain, sun, winter contamination and frequent wash cycles. Their large painted surfaces need a system that fits both materials and fleet operations.

Coating does not remove scratches

The term “nano” does not mean particles fill defects or stop them growing. Paint correction and protection are separate stages: polishing may reduce suitable defects, while a coating forms a sacrificial functional layer.

Test against the real wash process

A representative vehicle can establish whether a product improves cleaning and finish retention without affecting paint, repairs, decals or adjacent components.

Durability should follow the named product, exposure and maintenance rather than an automatic annual or two-year interval. Passenger contact and mechanical wear can still mark the finish.

For larger fleets, AVP first defines scope, access, downtime and quality control before proposing a repeatable programme.
