A careful hand wash removes loose contamination before wash media touches the paint, then separates cleaner upper panels from the dirtier lower areas.

Clean tools and clear stages

AVP uses compatible shampoo, clean wash media and dedicated tools for wheels and arches. Heavily contaminated areas may need additional stages after inspection.

Hand washing offers control but cannot guarantee that an existing finish receives no new mark under every condition. Dirt level, paint condition, tools and technique all matter.
