Scratches need depth assessment

Clearcoat marks may respond to polishing. A deeper chip or scratch can sometimes be cleaned, protected with matched touch-up paint and locally refined.

A paint code does not guarantee an invisible match on aged or refinished paint, and touch-up does not replace panel refinishing where appearance or corrosion protection demands it.

Dents need the right access and structure

Paintless dent repair can suit selected dents with intact paint and accessible metal. Creases, stretched panels, cracked paint or structural damage need conventional body repair.
