A consistent finish under exhibition lighting

Show vehicles are inspected at close range and under demanding light. Preparation therefore begins before the event with clean paint, corrected residue and a finish appropriate to the vehicle and display.

During the exhibition, fingerprints, dust and contact marks need controlled maintenance without repeatedly introducing new defects.

AVP can define a trade-show scope that includes:

  • preparation before transport or opening;
  • final finish after the vehicle is positioned;
  • scheduled cleaning during the event;
  • material-safe care for paint, glass, trim and interior surfaces;
  • a named handover and approval process.

Former references to fixed day rates or teams of a particular size are archival. Staffing and frequency should follow the number of vehicles, venue access and event timetable. Discuss an exhibition requirement.
