Construction equipment is exposed to mud, dust, weather and frequent cleaning. Its painted surfaces therefore need a different assessment from those of a road car.

A historical RubinOne project

AVP developed the RubinOne First project as a coating concept for painted construction machinery. The aim was to make routine contamination easier to remove and to support gloss and colour retention.

A sealant cannot prevent impact damage, deep scratches or wear on working surfaces. Preparation, product compatibility and realistic maintenance intervals remain decisive.

Application depends on the machine

Large or non-road-going equipment may require work at its operating location. Access, environmental controls, curing conditions and occupational safety must be agreed before any mobile application.

Current product availability, warranties and suitable surfaces should always be confirmed for the individual machine rather than inferred from this archived project description.
