Protecting car paint with a professional sealant
Paint protection performs best on a properly prepared surface. AVP therefore washes, decontaminates and, where needed, polishes the vehicle before applying a sealant or coating.
Preparation matters because trapped residue, polishing oils or existing defects remain visible beneath a transparent product. The paint must also be compatible with the chosen system.
During application, each panel receives a controlled amount and consistent working time. Temperature, humidity and curing conditions influence the finish, especially with ceramic products.
A well-applied protection layer can improve water behaviour, reduce how firmly road film adheres and support easier maintenance. It does not prevent every scratch or remove the need for careful washing.
Durability depends on product, preparation, mileage, storage, weather and aftercare. AVP recommends a system only after discussing those factors with the owner.
