AVP's training programme was created for people entering professional vehicle care and for garages that wanted to develop the practical skills of their own employees.

The course range included introductory training, focused polishing modules and interior-care programmes. Each module addressed not only products and tools but also inspection, process control and the limits of the treatment.

The most frequently attended programme was the intensive foundation course. Across two days, participants worked through the essential stages of vehicle cleaning: paintwork, hard-to-reach exterior details and systematic interior care. Participants received a certificate after completing the programme.

One former attendee, Michel B., explained a month later that the course had helped him return to work in vehicle care after a period of unemployment. The certificate led to a trial day, where he could demonstrate the practical skills developed during training.

Professional ability still develops through supervised practice beyond any short course, but structured training gives participants a clearer and safer foundation on which to build.
