Polish contains abrasives that refine the paint. A mild product is not automatically right for a new Audi, and a strong compound is not automatically right for weathered paint.

Wax and sealant form sacrificial protection after cleaning or correction. Their chemistry and maintenance differ.

Old protection is removed with the process required by the specific product, not necessarily by “breaking it open” with polish.

AVP inspects each panel and recommends renewal from condition rather than a fixed two-to-five-year interval.
