Polishing specialist vehicles
“Specialist vehicle” covers very different surfaces: painted quad panels, gelcoat, industrial coatings, graphics and composite structures.
Inspect before correcting
Polishing removes material and should address a defined defect, not follow an annual or five-year schedule. Test sections establish whether the surface can be improved safely.
Keep function separate from appearance
Polishing a boat hull does not service its engine, and polishing construction equipment does not prevent corrosion by itself. Mechanical, structural and corrosion concerns remain specialist technical work.
Aviation requires approved data
Aircraft and helicopter surfaces cannot be included in a general detailing promise. Any treatment needs manufacturer-approved procedures and maintenance oversight for the specific aircraft.
AVP confirms material, location and scope before accepting non-standard work.
