Diagnose odour and moisture first

Air-conditioning systems remove moisture through an evaporator and drain. Persistent odour can relate to a wet cabin filter, blocked drain, contamination or another technical issue that should be diagnosed according to the vehicle manufacturer.

Cleaning is not automatically disinfection

A gaseous or fogged product cannot be assumed to reach every surface, kill every organism or remain harmless on all materials. Valid disinfection requires an approved product, stated target organisms, concentration, contact time, ventilation and safety controls.
