AVP's former Rubin One archive extended the coating story to helicopters and described mobile application at airfields.

Aviation controls the process

Rotorcraft combine sensitive glazing, composite or metal structures, markings, sensors and aerodynamic surfaces. Cleaning and surface treatments must follow manufacturer instructions and the responsible maintenance organisation's approved procedures.

Historical claims are not certification

The earlier article used the word “certified” without identifying an approval basis. It also claimed broad scratch and dirt protection. Neither statement should be treated as current evidence.

This page documents historic marketing only. Any present aviation work would require written product approval, defined scope and maintenance oversight before application.
