Historical paint-sealant comparison: Part 3
The three vehicles remained in strong sunlight for several weeks, with additional concentrated light directed at test areas overnight.
AVP reported less visible weathering on its vehicle. Different paint histories, preparation, exposure and unmeasured baselines prevent a reliable causal conclusion.
A controlled comparison would use identical samples, measured gloss and colour, repeat exposure and independent evaluation.
The series is useful historical workshop context, not evidence that AVP was a definitive test winner or market leader.
