While cleaning an older SUV, the team found evidence of a drink that had been spilled some time before. The visible area had been wiped, but residue remained in narrow seams and had created a faint, persistent odour.

Because AVP begins each vehicle with an inspection, the source was found before the handover. An additional specialist joined the interior team to keep the planned schedule realistic.

Loose, dried residue was lifted carefully with a blunt, surface-safe tool and vacuumed away. The remaining deposit was treated with a compatible cleaner and allowed to dwell while other areas were completed. Several cycles were needed before the residue could be removed without damaging the surrounding material.

With the source gone and the cabin ventilated, the odour subsided. When the owner returned, she noticed the difference immediately and was shown what the team had found.

Later that day, another customer requested interior and exterior cleaning within two hours. After the current vehicles were completed, only around ninety minutes remained.

Rinsing the muddy front revealed heavy insect contamination beneath it. The area was treated and left to dwell while the interior work began.

Marks on the leather seats required a cleaner and care process suited to the material. One specialist addressed those surfaces while the rest of the team removed waste, vacuumed in stages, cleaned the dashboard and finished the glass.

The insect residue had softened by the time the interior was complete and could be removed during the final exterior pass. The car was returned within the agreed period without omitting the problems discovered during the work.

Across the full shopping-centre assignment, the team completed 25 interior and 18 exterior services. More important than the number was the workflow: belongings remained controlled, unexpected contamination was assessed, and each vehicle was inspected before return.
