Vehicle carpets collect soil, grit, moisture and fibres from daily use. Effective cleaning starts with dry removal before any liquid product is introduced.

Work from dry to wet

AVP first vacuums thoroughly with suitable crevice and agitation tools. Pet hair may require dedicated brushes or rubber tools because suction alone rarely releases fibres embedded in the pile.

Remaining marks are assessed by source and carpet material. Pre-treatment, controlled agitation and extraction can then be used where appropriate, without saturating insulation or electrical areas.

Drying is part of the job

Residue should be rinsed or extracted according to the product instructions, and the interior must dry fully before handover. Some permanent staining, fibre damage or dye loss cannot be cleaned away.

The goal is a visibly cleaner carpet with no unnecessary moisture or unrealistic promise that every mark will disappear.
