Bus cleaning begins with waste removal and vacuuming, followed by glass, seats, ledges, floors and accessible touchpoints. Textile treatment depends on stain type, drying time and the operator's material specifications.

A cleaner should not be called disinfecting unless its approved use, concentration and contact time are followed. Routine cleaning and disinfection are separate tasks.

Exterior care follows condition and washing routine

The body is cleaned with compatible chemistry and methods suited to livery, decals and paint. Polishing or coating should follow inspection rather than a fixed multi-year interval.

A glass treatment may support water behaviour, but it does not compensate for worn wipers or poor visibility maintenance.
