AVP uses Gtechniq for ceramic protection, chemical decontamination, pre-cleaning, glass protection and coating maintenance, as well as technology comparisons. Chemical resistance, bonding, gloss, hydrophobicity, process stability and repeatability are assessed.

Both belong to Gtechniq's ceramic protection systems but differ in application, approval and intended professional process. Manufacturer requirements, vehicle use and planned maintenance determine the choice.
EXO is used for hydrophobic behaviour and surface performance within a suitable protection system. The substrate, layer sequence and curing conditions must match the selected Crystal Serum system.
W6 is used for suitable iron-bearing residue before polishing or coating. Material compatibility, dwell time and complete rinsing matter more than universal use across the whole vehicle.
Glass must be free from unsuitable residue and prepared correctly. Coated, filmed or sensitive adjacent areas are assessed separately before a glass protection system is applied.
Cleaners and polishes from other brands can precede it when their residue is removed reliably. The final panel wipe, coating and maintenance are planned as one compatible system.
